I’ve been dancing since I could walk – you name a dance and I’ve probably tried it! I started off in baby ballet, then modern, tap, hip hop… Until finally landing on Latin, Ballroom and Salsa at University. I competed at a national level in my early 20s, before turning my hand to teaching.

At the moment, I offer two forms of dance classes: dance fitness sessions with DYF, and first dance choreography for couples on the road to their wedding!

Start by filling out the ‘your first dance’ form, answering a couple of questions so that I can begin planning your perfect wedding choreography.

Join me for a complimentary video or in-person consultation, where we will discuss your vibe, song choice – and make sure everyone is on the same page.

GET DANCING

Now the real fun begins… Depending on space and preference, we’ll meet at either your home, or a professional studio space, and start dancing!

And before you know it, the big day has arrived! Your routine complete, the vows exchanged – now you just have to enjoy your first dance.

Dance Yourself Fit

Every Monday and Wednesday, I teach high cardio, dance fitness classes in North West London with ‘Dance Yourself Fit’. The classes are based on Latin and Ballroom dances, and they are for absolutely EVERYONE. All ages, all fitness levels – and you’re guaranteed to have the most fun you’ll ever have while exercising!

The classes run in 7-9 week blocks, or ‘terms’, so by the end you’ll feel like a proper Strictly pro… And hopefully you’ll come back for the next term with me, too!
